Shipping Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: This includes order verification, assembly, and preparation for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on your location and the complexity of the order.
  • Shipping Time: Begins after processing is complete and depends on your chosen shipping method and delivery destination.

Note: Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and arrive safely.

Order Processing Schedule: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays

If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 12 hours. Notify us of any unexpected delays so we can assist you promptly.


Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check the delivery location thoroughly.
  2. Contact the carrier for assistance.

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Nordkicks is not liable for customs fees if:
    • The package is rejected by the recipient.
    • Delivery fails after multiple attempts.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without providing a guaranteed refund.
